25th March 2010: HGH Hall (2.00 p.m. until 5.00 p.m.)
-Interactors under the Security Committee is to attend.
27th March 2010: HGH Hall (7.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.)
- All crew members under all committees is to attend. Please refer to your respective committee heads to confirm.
